The learned Counsel for Petitioners has pointed out that while passing order dated 13/6/2024 an inadvertent mistake has been committed. The order has been passed in the present Application, however, Civil Application Number has been not mentioned, and therefore, it appears that the order has been passed in Writ Petition No. 6370/2023. The mistake committed
