That the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent is received back unserved as Dr. Pradeep Vyas, the Additional Chief Secretary of respondent no.1 came to be retired. Thus, the applicant is furnishing name of newly appointed Secretary of respondent no.1 as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
