Mr. Joharapurkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Joshi, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 does not dispute that learned Counsel Mr. C. M. Samarth was present on 29/4/2024. Thus, it appears that inadvertently his presence is not marked.
