The petitioner has challenged the communication dated 15/05/2024 appointing seven administrators on 46 Gram Panchayats. As per the decision passed by Principal Bench of this Court in bunch of cases, in such situation, direction is given to appoint Gram Sevak, Sarpanch, Upsarpanch and Extension Officers as administrator. 3.

The learned counsel for petitioner has stated that the communication dated 15/05/2024 is contrary to the dictum in the petition. The seven extension officers are looking after 46 Gram Panchayats along with their work. Hence, prayed to stay the communication dated 15/05/2024. 4.

Issue notice to the respondent.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4.

Considering the guidelines given by this Court by Principal Seat, the communication dated 15/05/2024 is stayed till next date.
