The petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 cancelling the approval of the services granted to the petitioner after a span of 22 long years of service of respondent No. 6 - School. By the interim order, the present petitioner is in service and getting salary.

There is a Selection Grade training organized by State Council of Educational Research and Training, Pune which is under the aegis of the respondent No.1 - State, in May/June 2024. The petitioner is coming before this Court to allow him to fill-up the online forms for attending said training. There is possibility that link will be opened for filling up the form during the period of 3rd week of June 2024.

Learned A.G.P. opposed the application stating that petitioner's approval was cancelled after the enquiry. It will cause no any loss to the petitioner, if he has not attended the training this year. He can attend it as it is

Heard both the learned Counsel.

One of the clauses for filling up the form is that there should not be any litigation of the applicant while filling-up the form for training. The petition is pending before this Court. As the link would open from next week, the petitioner is allowed to fill-up the form and attend the training subject to the result of this petition. 6.
