This is an application seeking amendment to the main petition.

It is stated that subsequent events occurred after the earlier orders are required to be placed on record by way of pleadings. It is stated that now the order has been passed by the respondent No.2-Board on 28.5.2024 thereby the respondent No.2 has refused to declare the result of the petitioner-Institution. 3.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the record and proceedings.

Since the application has been made to bring on record subsequent events, same deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
