This is an application for permission to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 on record. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Applicant to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of two weeks from today.

The petitioner is challenging the order dated 20.07.2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati in Revision Application No.218/Bhandoli/RTS-64/2015.

The petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati, to file a revision before the State Government and this issue is already considered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 SUPREME COURT decided on 06.11.2015. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of, as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

The petitioner may file revision before the State Government within a period of eight weeks. Delay caused in prosecuting the present writ petition be taken into consideration while considering the application for condonation of delay.
