CAW No.1605/2024 in Writ Petition No. 2613/2024 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 12.07.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete respondent nos. 1,3 and 6 from array of the respondents. It is stated that legal heirs of respondent no. 1 are on record as respondent no.2 and the petitioner, respondent no.3 is issueless and respondent no. 6 was dead before the execution proceedings. Thus, the applicant/petitioner prays for deletion of name of respondent nos. 1,3 and 6 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by an affidavit. Copies of death certificates are placed on record as Annexure-H.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is permitted to delete the name of respondent nos. 1,3 and 6 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
