No. 403/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 21.06.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete name of respondent no. 4 from the array of the respondents. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the respondent no.4 received back unserved with report that respondent no.4 school is closed.

On perusal of the bailiff report dated 15.06.2023, it shows that respondent no.4 School Nagsen Vidyalaya, Adoli, has been closed and nobody found in the school at the time of service of notice.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affiddavit, the same is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.4 for the reasons stated in the application from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
