In view of judgment of this Court in the case of Mahavir Jain Vidyalaya and others vs. Assistant Charity Commissioner (1) and others1, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition as the election process has already started. It would be open to the petitioners to raise such objections as are available in law to the change report, which would be filed after declaration of results of election in question.
