DATED : 13th JANUARY, 2025 Civil Application (CAW) No.1691/2024, seeks leave to conduct the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) to take appropriate decision in relation to the employees who are covered under the Assured Progress Scheme in terms of the Government Resolutions dated 08.06.1995, 20.07.2001 and 02.03.2019. Since the other employees of the Respondent No.2, are being adversely affected by the interim order passed by this Court and since the earlier decision dated 23.09.2022 in Writ Petition No.4934/2021 (page 121), is already against the Petitioners, we modify the interim order dated 25.04.2023 and permit the Respondent No.2 to constitute the DPC for the purpose of

It is made clear, that this shall be subject to the result of this Petition, in respect of which each candidate appearing in the DPC shall be specifically made aware of in writing.

The Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.

The parties to complete the pleadings.

List the Petition on 27.01.2025 for further consideration.
