CAW No. 1752/2024 in Writ Petition No. 49/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 04.09.2024 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete the name of respondent no.2 - Haji Mirza Hamja Beig Rajjak. It is stated that during the pendency of the present petition, the aforesaid respondent no.2 passed away and since the present petition relates to the affairs of trust and the present respondent no.2 being one of the member of the trust, his legal heirs are not required to be brought on record. Thus, the counsel wants to delete the name of respondent no.2 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.2 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out.
