2-A and 2-C by paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved as the company was closed. It is stated that the aforesaid respondents are Director of respondent no.1 Company and thier personal address is not known to the petitioner except the address of the company. The applicant further states that inspite of best effots, the applicant could not get correct address of the aforesaid respondents. The applicant thus prays for substituted service upon aforesaid respondents for effective adjudication of the matter. The application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on last known address.

Substituted service be effected upon the aforesaid respondent no. 2-A and 2-C by publishing notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper i.e. ("Lokmat Samachar", Nagpur Edition), in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of CPC, returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.
