CAW No.1793/2024 in Writ Petition No. 3117/2024 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 19.07.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to appoint one Komeshwar Bhoyar as natural guardian of respondent no.6 who is minor.

It is stated in the application that as per the bailiff report dated 03.06.2024, the respondent no. 5 who is natural guardian mother of respondent no.6, is reported to be dead on 20.04.2024 and the said respondent no.5 was residing with said Komeshwar Bhoyar since last 10-12 years, who is stated to be brother of the respondent no.5.

Thus, the applicant/petitioner prays for grant of permission to appoint said Komeshwar Bhoyar as natural guardian of respondent no.6 in place of deceased respondent no.5.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is permitted to appoint one Komeshwar Bhoyar as natural guardian of respondent no.6. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent no.6 on the given address through newly appointed natural guardian Komeshwar Bhoyar, returnable within six weeks.
