It is stated that as per the bailiff report dated 03.06.2024, the respondent no. 5 is reported to be dead on 20.04.2024 who is natural guardian of respondent no.6- minor.

Thus, the applicant/petitioner prays for deletion of name of respondent no. 5 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by an affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is permitted to delete the name of respondent no. 5 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
