CAW No. 1854/2024 in Writ Petition No. 972/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 30.08.2024 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete the name of respondent no.2 - Ramavtar Brijmohan Bajaj. It is stated that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent received back unserved with report that the noticee is reported to be dead on 27.04.2018.

Thus, the applicant wants to delete the name of respondent no.2 from the array of the respondents as being the trustee of the Trust, there is no need to bring legal representative of the said respondent. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.2 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out.
