By the present application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking to condone the delay of 406 days for preferring an application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioner, is hereby condoned and permission to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner is granted on depositing the costs of Rs.5,000/- with "Association of Friends of Astronomy, Goa", which details are as under :
