The present Application is filed by the Petitioners for setting aside the abatement, for condonation of delay of 11 days in bringing on record the legal representatives of the Petitioner No. 7 and for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Petitioner No. 7. The Petitioner No. 7 expired on 12/11/2024. The Application is filed on 20/02/2025.

(2) There is no serious objection by the learned AGP to allow the present Application.

(3) Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The abatement is set aside, delay stands condoned and the Petitioners are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the Petitioner No. 7. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.
