CAW No.1909/2024 in Writ Petition No. 5937/2018 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 24.07.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete petitioner no.2 from array of the petitioners. It is stated that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner no.2- Saraswati Raghoba Masirkar passed away on 31.03.2020 and the petitioner no.1 is sole legal heir of petitioner no.2. The death certificate is enclosed herewith. Thus, the applicant/petitioner prays for deletion of name of petitioner no.2 from the array of the petitioners. The application is supported by an affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is permitted to delete the name of petitioner no.2 from the array of petitioners, at the risk of the petitioners. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
