It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent even on correct address is received back unserved. It is stated that the aforesaid respondent is residing on the given address and even the alternate address could not be found.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve the aforesaid respondent by Hamdast.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the aforesaid respondent by Hamdast, through Court, returnable within four weeks.
