It is stated that the notice issued to the said respondent was received back for want of correct address and the petitioner does not want to proceed personally against the said respondent no.3.

Thus, the applicant/petitioner prays for deletion of name of respondent no.3 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by an affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.3 from the array of the respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
