CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 1974 OF 2024 .

By this Application, Petitioners are seeking permission to amend the Petition by bringing on record the subsequent events and to add the prayers in the prayer clause of the Petition. 2.

According to the Petitioner, addition of the prayers would curtail the submissions made in the Petition. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the Petition
