The petitioner has expressed doubt that all the four vacant posts of Special Teacher will be filled in by the respondent no.4.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of this application by reminding the respondent no.4 about the orders passed by this Court on earlier occasions i.e. on 25th March, 2022 and 22nd April, 2022 wherein considering the medical condition of the petitioner, she was permitted to undergo training for acquiring special education so as to make her eligible for the post of Special Teacher. Needless to clarify that in case the respondent no.4 intends to fill in all the four posts, thereby giving go bye to the
916wp4359.18.odt 2/2 claim of the petitioner, the same shall not be carried out without approval of this Court to the extent of only one post. 4.
The civil application stands disposed of.
