As stated in the application, the R.No. 2 is deliberately avoiding to accept the notice though the office address of R.No. 2 is correct and same. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punyanagari' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
