That, the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents returned back unserved for want of correct address. With reference to the order dated 31.07.2024 of the Hon'ble Court, the present application is filed on 02.08.2024 i.e. within time as directed by the Hon'ble Court. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondents as mentioned in the present application.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable on 27.08.2024.
