C.A.W.NO. 2014/2024 IN W.P. NO. 4749/2013 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 12/02/2025 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of petitioner No. 2 on record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner No. 2 Shri Sharad Madhaorao Khobragade has expired on 31.05.2024 leaving behind his heirs. The death certificate is annexed with civil application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the aforesaid petitioner No. 2 expired on 31.05.2024 during the pendency of the petition and the present application is filed on 02/08/2024 i.e. within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicant to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No. 2 on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal.
