DATED : 3rd OCTOBER, 2024 The present Application is filed by the Applicants for addition of parties/intervenors in the present Petition. As it is registered Labour Cooperative Societies and Applicant members are working as labourers in the District of Gondia. 2.

The order dated 02.03.2023 of the State Government is under challenge. On 26.07.2023, it was brought to the notice of this Court, that out of the earlier sanctioned work, 48 works have been issued. Thus, this Court while granting time to State directed that no fresh work order shall be issued. In fact, there is a policy of Government that work up to Rs. 10 Lakhs in valuation shall be allotted to Labour Cooperative Societies. However, due to this order and

2 11.CAW.2031-2024.odt interim order by this Court, the interest of the Applicants/ Society may be hit due to pendency of the present Petition. 3.

As such the intervention is necessary. Considering the submissions in the Application, the Application is allowed. 4.

The Applicants be added as party Respondent Nos.6 to 16.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Mr. A.M. Ghare, learned Counsel, waives notice for the added Respondent Nos.6 to 16.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, is at liberty to file additional affidavit-in-reply. WRIT PETITION NO. 1648 OF 2023 List the matter on 10.10.2024.
