Respondent nos.1 and 2 seek withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioners. Pursuant to the dictum of this Court, a portion of the award passed by the Recovery Officer, amounting to Rs. Thirty five lakhs was directed to be deposited, and the said amount has accordingly been deposited by the petitioners. 3.

Considering the grounds in the application, permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioners to respondent no.1-bank along with accrued interest is granted 4.
