. 08 .20 The aplicant petitioner has filed the present application for grant of permission to serve notice to respondent nos. 1, 6 to 15 by R.P.A/d. It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents are residing on the given address and the same is correct, though the notices are received back unserved for want of correct address. Therefore, the applicant prays for substituted service on aforesaid respondents by R.P.A/d.

As per the office note dated 22.08.2024, Advocate Shri A.S. Dhore has filed power on behalf of respondent nos. 6 to 11 and 15, bearing no. 02/2024 on 16.08.2024.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve the aforesaid respondents by R.P.A/d. to whom the same are required to be sent in view of filing of the power; through Court, on the given address, returnable within six weeks after issuance of notice.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
