On 14th October, 2024, this Court has granted last chance to the respondent nos.4 to 6 to file reply. Inspite of which, the affidavit-inreply is not placed on record. As such, we saddle costs of Rs.5000/- on the respondent nos.5 and 6 to be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Reply shall be placed on record within a period of four weeks.
