This civil application is taken out by the petitioners in the pending petition seeking addition of the persons named in the application as the petitioners.

The petition is pending since 2022, in which a declaration of lapsing of reservation under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 is sought.

In our opinion, if the applicants, which are sought to be impleaded as the petitioners, are similarly-situated, that by itself will not give rise the cause to the applicants to add them as the petitioners.

That being so, we dispose of this civil application with liberty to the applicants to prefer a fresh petition.

At the request of the counsel for the petitioners, stand over to 27-8-2024 by way of last chance.
