It is stated in the application that there is typographical mistake in the name of respondent no. 6 as 'Sunil' instead of 'Sunita' and her address is not mentioned in the cause title.

Thus, the applicant is furnishing address and correct name of the aforesaid respondent as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
