The petitioner/applicant moved this application to permit him to amend the petition and add the State of Maharashtra, through its Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Special Assistance, Mantralaya, Mumbai, as a party respondent No.2, for which learned A.G.P. has no objection. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, as prayed.

The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the respondents within one week thereafter.
