It is submitted that the present petition came to be filed and the challenge to the order dated 25/10/2023 remained to be incorporated in the prayer clause. Accordingly, he is willing to add para-Z(A) and prayer clause (iv). The respondents have no objection to grant the amendment application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amendment is to be carried out within a period of one week. After the amendment is carried out, copy of the amended petition be supplied to the other side. The respondents assure to file their reply within two weeks thereafter.
