DATE : 30TH AUGUST, 2024 The application seeks correction/modification in the order dated 05/08/2024 in Civil Application (W) No.1574 of 2024 by deleting petitioner Nos.6 and 7 and replacing them by petitioner Nos.5 and 16 on the ground that petitioner No.6 already stood deleted and petitioner No.7 is due to retire in December, 2024. The position is reflected on the record, on the count of which, the aforesaid modification is allowed.

Since the earlier orders permit the petitioners to work till the age of 62 years without any salary or emoluments, subject to the result of the petition, the same position is permitted vis-a-vis the petitioner No.3Dr.Narayan Murlidhar Kale, who is due to retire on KHUNTE
