It is brought to our notice that inadvertently petitioners have mentioned word "Collector" in the description of respondent no.1 State in cause title.

Similarly in the judgment dated 26.07.2024 a typographical mistake had occurred in paragraph no.3 as regards the date of death of husband of petitioner. According to petitioners the Rgd.

Order 2108caw2197.24 date is "21.10.2008", while the date mentioned is "21.10.2018", which needs correction.

In view of above, petitioners are permitted to delete the word "Collector" from the cause title of the petition, and thereafter, the judgment be corrected. So also the date of death mentioned in paragraph no.3 as "21.10.2018" be corrected to read as "21.10.2008". Necessary corrections be made accordingly and order be uploaded.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
