The petitioner moved the application to implead Iqbaal Ahmad Sheikh Wazir as party respondent No.4 to the petition.

It is contended that he has been placed in seniority above him; therefore, his presence is necessary for determining the facts of the issue. Thus, the learned Advocate prayed for allowing the petition.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to allow it. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment forthwith and place a copy of the amended petition on record. Also, a copy of the amended petition shall be supplied to respondents, and an additional copy shall be submitted for service on behalf of respondent No.4 in the Court.
