It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the respondent by the office is not yet served to the respondent. Thus, the applicant seeks permission to serve the respondent by fresh notice by Hamdast in order to ensure proper and faster service of notice.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve fresh notice the respondent by hamdast, through Court, returnable within four weeks.
