Counsel for respondents, though objected the application, failed to show that it would change the nature of the petitioner.

In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy be served on the other side. The respondents are at liberty to file reply, if any, within two weeks thereafter.

The application is disposed of.
