CAW No. 2268/2024 in Writ Petition No. 748/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 06.09.2024 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete the name of respondent no.6 - Anusayabai Namdeo Kale. It is stated that during the pendency of the present petition, the aforesaid respondent passed away and her legal heirs are already on record. Thus, the counsel wants to delete the name of respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.6 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out.
