. 09 .20 The counsel for the petitioner has filed the present application for grant of permission to serve notice to respondent no. 3 by R.P.A/d. It is stated in the application that as per the bailiff report, the notice isssued to the aforesaid respondent by usual mode came to be received back unserved for want of jurisdiction. It is further stated that the notice issued earlier to the said respondent by RPAD was served on the given address. Therefore, the counsel prays for substituted service on aforesaid respondent by R.P.A/d.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent no. 3 by R.P.A/d. through Court, on the given address, returnable within six weeks after issuance of notice.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
