CAW No. 2329/2024 in Writ Petition No. 2304/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 20.09.2024 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete respondent no.6 school- Sahityaratna Annabhau Sathe Marathi Higher Primary School, Sakharkherda, through its Headmaster. It is stated that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent returned back unserved that the school is not functioning and therefore the Headmaster of the said school is also not functioning as on today and the notice to the said respondent is still showing awaited on record. Therefore, in order to further hearing of the matter, the applicant/petitioner wants to delete the respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete respondent no.6 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioners.

Necessary amendment be carried out.
