CAW NO. 2346/2024 in Writ Petition No. 1098/2015 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated :16.10.2024 This application is filed by Advocate Shri Swapnil A. Pathak praying to allow him to withdraw Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the present petition, the applicant has been empanelled as Advocate by the State Bank of India i.e. respondent no.1. The letter issued by the State Bank of India to the applicant is enclosed with the application. The intimation letter sent to the petitioners regarding withdrawal of his power and no objection given by the petitioners are also annexed with the present application. Thus, the applicant wants to withdraw his power on behalf of the petitioners as he is now on the panel of Advocates of the respondent no.1.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant Advocate Shri S.A, Pathak is discharged as counsel for the petitioners. As per office note, Ms.

K.K. Pathak is still appearing for the petitioners.
