The petitioners are seeking direction against the respondent No. 1 to grant a higher pay scale for the post of Deputy Registrar, Family Court, in the pay scale of the 5th, 6th, and 7th Pay Commission, effective from the date of their implementation, as per the resolution dated 15.07.2022. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after the Summer Vacation of 2025.
