It is stated that earlier notice to be served on the respondent by way of Hamdast came to be misplaced by the petitioner and therefore the said respondent is still unserved. Thus, the applicant prays for fresh notice upon the said respondent no.5.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve fresh notice to the respondent no. 5 by Hamdast, through Court, returnable within four weeks.
