The learned counsel for the applicant points out the error committed while typing the judgment dated 18.04.2024, namely in not mentioning "the judgment dated 17.01.2020 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Yavatmal in Complaint ULP No.20 of 2018" in clause-(ii) of the operative part of the judgment. 3.

Accordingly, clauses-(i) and (ii) of the judgment dated 18.04.2024 are to be read as under:

"(i) The writ petitions are allowed.

(ii) The impugned judgment and order dated 17.01.2020 passed by the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.87 of 2017 and the judgment and order dated 17.01.2020 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Yavatmal in Complaint (ULP) No.20 of 2018, are hereby quashed and set aside and thereby, the respondents are directed to consider the date of appointment of the petitioners as on 05.09.2005."
