DATE : 24TH SEPTEMBER, 2024 The present application is filed by the petitioners for grant of permission to amend the petition. By this amendment, the petitioners seek permission to place on record the government resolution which has created a grievance redressal forum contrary to the provisions of law. Consequent to the facts taken on record, the petitioners have also sought permission to add prayer clause. The application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. The respondents are at liberty to file additional affidavit to the amended petition, if so desire within a period of one week.
