The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition as there is show cause notice issued by the respondents dated 23/07/2024, thereby proposing to impose penalty of recovery of Rs. 2,25,540/- and treating the suspension period from 30/09/2005 to 12/12/2007 as suspension. In consonance of this, the petitioner seeks permission to add some paras in the petition (as mentioned in the application) along with the additional prayer.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

As such, the respondents are directed to release the pensionary benefits to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, excluding the amount of recovery, which will be decided finally in this petition.
