It is stated that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent returned back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, for effective service on the said respondent, the applicant prays for fresh notice upon the said respondent no.7 by Hamdast.

As per the office, the counsel for the petitioner has not carried out amendment of correct address of the aforesaid respondent which is already allowed to be amended vide CAW No.

05/2024.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the respondent no. 7 by Hamdast, through Court, returnable within four weeks. Necessary amendment be carried out as allowed to be amended in CAW No. 5/2024.
