CAW No. 2494/2024 in Writ Petition No. 5082/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 20.09.2024 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete respondent no.2 from the array of the respondents. It is stated that, in the present petition, direction is sought against respondent no.2 to grant provisional admission to the petitioner in Scheduled Category and as the admission process has been completed by the respondent no.2, therefore, there is no any grievance against the respondent no.2 and petition is infructuous agaisnt the said respondent. Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the name of respondent no.2 from the array of the respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete respondent no.2 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioners.

Necessary amendment be carried out.
